In order to provide the best possible experience for our members we need to store certain information about them e.g. name, address, phone no’s etc. We use this to manage your membership, keep you informed of events etc. We even send teddy bears to our poorly members. We do not keep any unnecessary details and we only keep it for as long as you are a member. Access is restricted to yourself and designated committee members. Data is never shared with any 3rd parties. During the annual renewal process we ask you to pay your subscriptions and electronically sign a renewal form. When requesting your payment card details we transfer you to the PayPal web site and we have no access to any payment or card details. When requesting an electronic signature we transfer you to the 'Signable' web site which will request your name and signature date.
